The partners in Stratford Cultural Quarter are Theatre Venture, East London Dance, Discover, Circus Media (NewVIc-Newham Sixth Form College), newceys (Newham Community Education and Youth Service), Theatre Royal Stratford East, and Urban Development.

• Project and professional development on a one-to-one basis (Circus Media (New VIc), East London Dance, Theatre Venture and Urban Development)
• Training, including:
• an annual musical theatre writing course, support for emerging writers and training courses for Black and Asian directors (Theatre Royal Stratford East)
• placements and project-based work experience (East London Dance, Theatre Venture and Urban Development)
• programme of courses (All)
• INSET training for teachers (Discover, East London Dance)
• Seminars for professional artists and technicians (All)
• Low-cost sound, light, multi-media and video equipment, digital media suites and editing suites available for hire (All)
• Services for young people (Discover, NewVIc, Theatre Royal Stratford East and newceys)
• Development for arts-related business support (Circus Media (NewVIc), East London Dance)
